When it comes to sheer superyacht star power in Miami, it’s hard to compete with the superyachts that motored into Miami for the Super Bowl. But when it comes to being able to easily tour umpteen $billions worth of luxury yachts in one place, the Super Bowl doesn’t even come close to the Miami Yacht Show that starts today and runs through Monday. Over 400 new and pre-owned yachts on display including superyachts and world debuts and here are my top 11 must-see yachts at this year’s show.
BOLD (US Debut)
BOLD is the largest and most aggressive superyacht the Australian-based Silveryachts has ever built.
Working in collaboration with yacht designer, Espen Øino, BOLD showcases the expansive interior and exterior spaces.
Bella Vita (charters for $700,000 per week)
This 248-foot-long superyacht built by Lurssen has all the toys and charters for roughly $700,000 per week.
Miss Moneypenny (for sale approx. $15,500,000)
This yacht is known for its stylish Italian exterior and a simple modern interior, with a beautiful bleached-teak wood floors and limed oak paneling throughout. Azimut Verve 47 (World Debut)
The Verve 47 was designed specifically for the American market, arriving on the scene as an emblem of the Italian Weekender: a fast and high-performance yacht. Its second cabin lends itself well to longer stays on board, allowing guests to spread out in relaxing surroundings. Verve 47 comes equipped with quadruple outboard engines, thanks to which it is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 45 knots.
